The eagerly awaited Xbox First Party showcase now has rumoured date from a credible source. According to insiders at Windows Central the showcase will now take place from the week commencing 20th July.

The Event itself has got the gaming community thirsty after the PlayStation 5 reveal in June, where Blockbuster Games such as Horizon Forbidden West, Ratchet and Clank and Spider-Man Miles Morales the latter of which an eagerly awaited expansion to the 2018 game by Insomniac.

But now it’s Xbox’s turn, the only confirmed game to show at the event so far is Halo Infinite, the 6th game in the mainline series. The cross-gen title is using a the new Slipspace engine and is rumoured to be a proper showcase of the Series X’s 12 Teraflop GPU.

Other rumours suggest we will finally see the revitalisation of the Fable franchise, which is certain to get people talking as well as the unveiling of projects from Obsidian Entertainment (The Outer Worlds), Ninja Theory (Hellblade) and new studio The Initiative.
